Delivery

We deliver to UK addresses. Standard delivery is by Royal Mail Tracked 48 and is free on orders over £35. Orders placed before 1pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same working day.

Fresh Royal Jelly must stay cold, so it travels by chilled next-day courier in an insulated box and is dispatched Monday to Thursday only, so it never sits over a weekend. Refrigerate it as soon as it arrives.

Returns

You may cancel an order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Tell us by email and return the goods within a further 14 days. We refund within 14 days of receiving them back. For hygiene and safety we can only accept unopened products with the seal intact, and chilled products cannot be returned unless faulty.

If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us with your order number and a photo and we will replace it or refund you.
