Dong Quai (Angelica sinensis, root) 200 mg, Red Raspberry (Rubus idaeus, leaf) 100 mg, Chaste Tree (Vitex agnus-castus, fruit) 100 mg, Red Clover (Trifolium pratense, tops) 100 mg, Black Cohosh extract (Actaea racemosa) 80 mg, SOYA isoflavones (non-GMO) 60 mg, Wild Yam extract (root) 50 mg, Liquorice (Glycyrrhiza glabra, root) 50 mg, Ginger (Zingiber officinale, root) 50 mg, 5-HTP (5-hydroxytryptophan, from Griffonia simplicifolia seed extract) 30 mg, rice flour, cellulose (capsule shell), silica, magnesium stearate (vegetable source).

Directions
Take 3 capsules daily.

Contains SOYA. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Not suitable for pregnant or breastfeeding women. Contains black cohosh. If you have or have had a liver disorder, or develop signs of liver injury (tiredness, loss of appetite, yellowing of the skin or eyes, dark urine, nausea, abdominal pain), stop taking this product and seek medical advice. Contains liquorice - not recommended for people with high blood pressure. If you are taking any medication, consult a doctor before use.
