Directions
Take 2 capsules one to three times daily, with water.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Take with a full glass of water. Slippery elm may slow the absorption of medicines taken at the same time - leave at least one hour between this product and any medication. Not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
