A buffered vitamin C powder blending sodium, calcium and magnesium ascorbates with ascorbic acid, acerola and L-lysine. About a quarter of a teaspoon gives 794 mg of vitamin C. Mix into water or juice.

Directions
Take 1 g daily (approx. 1/4 level teaspoon), mixed into water, juice or a smoothie. Up to 5 g daily may be taken.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Contains sodium. Each 1 g provides 30.9 mg sodium (0.08 g salt). Large intakes of vitamin C may cause stomach upset or diarrhoea. Not suitable for anyone with a history of kidney stones without medical advice.
